Robert had over 100 full athletic scholarship offers, so his decision of where to go to attend school became a very difficult one.
He chose The Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management.
"Georgia Tech is a great school and a very challenging one. Earning my
degree on time while playing football was no easy task. I soon found out
though, that compared to what was in store for me in the business world,
it was by far the easiest of all.
I don't know if there are any books that can truly prepare you for
owning your own company. Having owned and operated four companies and
making decisions that affected hundreds of people's lives, I believe
that I now truly understand the difference between experience and
education."
