The standard Media Kit consists of the full Promotional Video DVD, a copy of his book How to Soar Like An Eagle in a World Full of Turkeys (when requested), his Suggested Introduction, Audio/Video requirements for a presentation, fees and program descriptions. Additional items may be added to the Media Kit upon request.
